Los Angeles Ballet, announced today that it has been selected to receive a multi-year General Operating Support Grant of $2.4 million by Perenchio Foundation. This is the first grant awarded to the company by Perenchio Foundation. Founded in 2004 and having just completed its 20th season, Los Angeles Ballet is the only professional ballet company in the history of Los Angeles to have successfully operated longer than a decade.

Los Angeles Ballet announces its 2026/2027 season. With 10 works in all, this is LAB’s biggest programmatic season to date. LAB holds the distinction of being the longest-operating professional classical ballet company in the history of Los Angeles.

Los Angeles – June 1, 2026 – Los Angeles Ballet (LAB) (www.losangelesballet.org), will make its Hollywood Bowl debut with the LA Phil in a night of Mexican and American gems for orchestra and ballet on Tuesday, September 8, at 8 pm as part of the Classical Tuesdays & Thursdays of the LA Phil’s Hollywood Bowl 2026 summer season.

LAB is pleased to announce the addition of a sensory-friendly performance of The Nutcracker, on December 26 at 2:00 pm at Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

LAB hosted its annual Gala on May 17th by transforming the Beverly Wilshire Hotel into an enchanting Cinderella Fairytale Ball and celebrated the Company Dancers and the ballet art form.
